Chanle PU layflat hose is a kind of lightweight, high-strength and high abrasion resistant flexible discharge hose. Made of premium ether-based TPU material with high tensile polyester yarn reinforcement, this layflat hose features high working pressure, excellent wear resistance, UV protection and long service life. It is widely used for water delivery, mining drainage, agricultural irrigation, oil and gas transportation, industrial wastewater discharge and other harsh working conditions.

Technical Specifications

Our PU layflat hose covers complete size range from 2 inch to 14 inch. Standard roll length is 50m, 100m, 200m per roll. Working pressure ranges from 10 bar to 16 bar, burst pressure 3 times of working pressure. All specifications can be customized according to customer project requirements. We provide strict quality inspection before delivery to ensure stable performance and long service life.
